#MessageToMySister

This International Women's Day, we asked you to send a #MessageToMySister – just a few simple words to express your solidarity and support for women living in some of the world’s most dangerous places.

International Women's Day 2018

Thank you for standing in solidarity with women survivors of war

We know how powerful it is for a woman survivor of war to hear the words: you are not alone, that's why we organised a very special delivery to conflict-affected communities where we work around the world, reaching hundreds of women isolated by violence and insecurity.

Your personal message will be delivered directly to the women in our programme, telling her you’re standing alongside her.

Your words will show her that she’s got an ally she’s never met, on the other side of the world – someone who shares her hopes and believes in her abilities: to rebuild her life, return to her home, give her children a brighter future.
